Your Wedding – The Process
I’d love to hear more about your plans for the big day! At your consultation meeting I will run through in detail the way that I work and about the coverage I provide. You’ll also get to see more of my work as well as the albums I offer. Choosing your wedding photographer isn’t easy. You need to be comfortable with your photographer as they’ll be with you for the majority of your special day.
Pre-wedding / Engagement Shoot
I love doing pre-wedding / engagement shoots they’re really great fun and a fantastic opportunity to get to know you both a little better. It helps you both become comfortable in front of the camera plus you’ll get some great photos from the shoot which you could use for ‘Save the Date’ cards or even your invites.
The Big Day
It’s the moment you’ve been waiting for… It’s time for you to enjoy your day whilst I capture memories for you to enjoy forever more.
After Your Wedding
After the wedding day your photos will be professionally edited and processed and you will receive your images in high resolution on a USB stick within 1-2 weeks. Generally you’ll receive at least 350 images which you will have full printing rights enabling you print your own photos at leisure. Additionally every wedding I photograph is posted to a password protected gallery which you can share with your family and guests. I also offer an album which is a great way to present your favourite images from the day and will become a cherished family heirloom for many years to come.

PROFESSIONAL PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY
A common mistake worth mentioning is when businesses attempt to undertake the product photography themselves & perhaps even invest in some equipment & training, however to make a long story short this will usually work out more expensive in the longer term & results will be inefficient, inconsistent & always inferior to what a professional will deliver, all of which will be evident to the customer.
Similarly, buying a calculator does not make you an accountant, so avoid confusing the value of equipment to that of skills & experience.
Hopefully some of these points will help you towards investing in professional product photography & choosing the right photographer for you & your business.
BETTER PRODUCT IMAGES FOR BETTER BUSINESS
Presenting your products in the best light is good for business & professional product photography is a necessary investment for achieving this.
A professional product photographer such as myself will consistently & efficiently deliver high quality eye-catching photographic images which represent the attributes, features & details of a particular product to give customers all the information they need to make an informed & confident purchase, particularly for online ecommerce trading.
Businesses who invest in professional product photography will benefit directly from improved brand identity, customer confidence, sales & even a reduction in rates of returns.
CREATIVE PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY:
With creative product photography we can alter many of the standard elements which effect the look of an image, such as the addition of distinctive backgrounds, surfaces, props & styling in addition to using more specialised lighting & post-production techniques. Naturally these considerations can be more time consuming and so pricing is less structured than with standard packshots & is usually charged by a day rate or a half-day rate, available on the prices page.
PACKSHOT PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY:
A packshot is most easily defined as a simple photograph of a product on a white or plain background and is frequently used in catalogues & e-commerce sites. This simple, clean & consistent image production allows for professional ecommerce product layout & is ideal for high volume product photography & fashion & clothing packshots in particular.
