Courses and classrooms are a great foundation to learn about property investments and what’s required to become a property millionaire. However, get home, real-life intrudes and motivation and momentum can be lost.

My Mentor Property Mentoring programme keeps those who want to be highly successful property investors focused and on-track. Ongoing training and support from monthly Mastermind days and weekly webinars mean Mentoring Programme members keep progressing.

The Mentoring Programme members, together as a group, help sharpen skills, benefit from peer-accountability, improve business plans, share ideas, learn from experts, and support each other to succeed. A typical monthly Mastermind session will see you:

• Review your previous month’s business plan
• Set new goals and objectives
• Share experiences, discuss obstacles and problems
• Benefit from a guest speaker
• Undertake exercises – property valuation or negotiation for example
• Receive advice from others

The monthly Mastermind Days are held in Bletchley, near Milton Keynes, and supported by weekly interactive webinars that are recorded. There is an annual fee for Mentoring Programme members. A taster-day is available to see if you will benefit.
