Are we able to contact you directly?

Yes of course, I am happy to hear from you, whether you would like help to find another home, or to sell your existing home or anything else to do with moving home.

Do you charge to value my property?

No, should you wish to establish the value of your home, I am more than happy to take the time to research the market, the area and all the factors that indicate what your home is worth and then I will give you an honest appraisal.

Are you able to advise on the best price to sell?

As I stated above, I always carefully research all the factors that indicate what the market value of your property is, but I would always discuss with you, not dictate.

Will you be handling the sales process personally?

From the moment I list a property, I personally oversee the listing, marketing, viewing and negotiation of your home, then our admin will deal with the paperwork, but I will be in constant touch with you, to keep you informed on progressing the sale. I like to keep in constant contact, so you will receive a call from me, at least once or twice a week.

I want to sell a property. What do I do first?

In the first instance, call or message me and I will arrange a time that is convenient to you, to visit your home and make an in-depth, honest and realistic appraisal.

Will you be conducting viewings?

I will be taking care of anything to do with viewings, or 'Open House' events. I make an effort to know every detail about your home, so that I am best placed to convey all the benefits of purchasing your home to any potential buyer.

Are you able to help us find another property?

Most certainly! I spend a lot of my time actively seeking to speak to people, to give them one of our beautiful magazines, with property for sale throughout the country and simultaneously, sales partners around the UK are also doing the same. For this reason, we have first hand knowledge on who is selling, who is buying, where they are and what they are looking for. This is why we are best placed to help you.

Do you offer a discrete marketing service?
