How can I monitor house prices in my area

In this video, I demonstrate a very simple method for you to collate data about property in your area, so that you can see for yourselves, exactly what is happening locally. Those best placed to do this are you. Most ‘experts’ on TV and Social Media, are using general statistics, gathered from data websites, to make themselves appear knowledgeable, but that may not relate to your area.

Some areas will be mainly unaffected, some will see significant falls, simple because there are less buyers bidding the price up and for the main part, Estate Agents will tell you that everything is fine, in case it will put any of their sales at risk.
