Munro revealed, “We’ve seen commissions of 50% of the price, which is just ridiculous really. In some cases, the consumer’s getting no benefit from them.” The scenario he describes is troubling: when buyers engage with these connected services, their offers may mysteriously take precedence over others, even if they’re lower.
